Visualisation
When we was in the smaller room we was asked to close our eyes and visualise our charecters house and surroundings, this helped me develop my character because I created his everyday environment and the mood of that environment.
This helped me also to know how my character feels before my scene because my scene does not take place in his house. When picturing his home surroundings I felt depressed and oppressed because the house i pictured was cold and had peeling wallpaper, I could smell old furniture in the air, dust trickled up my nose and I could hear a tap dripping with that sound echoeing around the small kitchen,my bedroom was a normal sie quite small with a old tv.
Excersises
In class we did many exsersises to help me as an actor to develop all around. When we did breathing excersises and techniques it helped me with my breath control and my breathing and to know when to take breathes in between long lines. It also helped me with my projection to get across to audience that's are disant and sounding less like me and more like my character is something that I struggled with the most but am going to try different techniques to help with this. We also did a lot of physical exsersises which helped me shape my character and work on weight Balance. An exsersises which helped me develop myself into the emotions of the scene was to replace my lines with emotions and how my chareceter would be feeling in every line.
